Flakey, Crackly Skin

When you’re dehydrated, your skin looks more dry and wrinkled. Though over-hydration wont erase wrinkles your skin will look much more plump and healthy with proper hydration! So seriously, drink water!

Second secret….. moisturize! I know, I know, another secret you didn’t know. Both men and women should use a facial moisturizer daily and here’s why. One, your skin appearance will look smoother and softer. Two, you can protect your skin from environmental elements such as pollution and the sun. Lastly, by applying moisturizer it stimulates the skin and improves circulation of the blood which can boost collagen levels. So seriously, use facial moisturizer!

Insiders Tip…. Use a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid in it. Hyaluronic acid helps bind moisture to your skin which in turn will help with the appearance of your skin!
